“Bruh” is Hovey Benjamin’s second track to go viral (second only to Send Bobs), but first to go viral repeatedly.

The first time it went viral was in early 2018 with the #bruhchallenge, a dance challenge initially popular in the Eastern hemisphere of the world, mainly China, but carried over to the US soon after.

The second moment of virality was on the app TikTok, where “Bruh” was an audio used for reactions to prompts, or as a transition for random shots cut together, as shown here:
