Brooklyn emcee, Ken Rebel, teamed up with Virginia producer Don Kevo to bring you the new wave of hip-hop music. During the last few weeks of 2013, Ken Rebel announced via Twitter that he was going to release a new track every Friday during the last few weeks of December, a project appropriately dubbed #TRIF or Thank Rebel It’s Friday. This program was very similar to Kanye West’s project Good Fridays. Ken only released two songs, first, 448c, named after his good friend and long-time collaborator’s, Glyn Brown, clothing brand. The second song was 2014. In the year of twenty-fourteen, Ken released Hallelujah, also produced by Don Kevo.
