“Irresistible Delicious” is an album track from Missy Elliott’s The Cookbook that not only samples Slick Rick’s “Lick The Balls,” but it also features Missy trading verses with the legendary storytelling rapper himself.

Known for his outlandish tales, Slick Rick wraps this one in meta references. This time, he spins a hilarious (and clearly fictional) story about giving in to being seduced by Missy Elliott in the studio after being invited to do a guest rap on her song.

Missy alternates between coy singing parts and raunchy rap verses imitating Rick’s British accent. The combination of the two feels natural given Rick’s place in hip-hop history, and Missy’s deep respect for all things old-school hip-hop.
