“The Feeling” is the second single for John Lindahl’s 2018 project Changes. The song features Logic, who founded Team Elysium, and signed Lindahl to the label.

Logic’s verse, in particular, is about his ex-wife, Jessica Andrea, who was also a part of Team Elysium. He has mentioned her in his music before, such as in “Black Spiderman”, where he raps:
