“Blue Madonna” is the title track off BØRNS' sophomore album. The song features uncredited vocals from Lana Del Rey, who also appears on the track “God Save Our Young Blood”. She wasn’t credited to make a surprise for the fans, according to Garrett.

There are two versions of this song: both run at 2:19 with the same instrumental but Lana’s vocals are missing over the outro on physical releases.
