One of two tracks only available on the “Promo” versions of Smells Like Children that were accidentally released to radio stations before the intended release date.

This track details one of the infamous “Confessional” sessions from the Portrait tour in which Manson, Tony Wiggins (roadie) and several band members would have confessional session with several fans of the band (and several strangers apparently) which would often lead to their punishment (usually in the form of BDSM style sex and torture)

This confession details a female fan of the band who confesses to sexually molesting and raping her 7 year old cousin. The tape ends with the girl being hit with a belt by someone (possibly Manson) before it cuts off. It isn’t too certain if it is the same female from Abuse Part 1 but it could be possible.

Likely this (and Abuse Part 1) were taken off the record either due to length, the disturbing nature of both recordings and more likely, they never got the permission from the subjects to use the recordings on the record.
