“Lettetznow” is the ‘Christmas carol’ collaboration between Ugly God and Dutch rapper Jacin Trill. The latter of the two raps in his native language, while Ugly God also dabbles in Spanish besides his native English. Although the song has a Christmas vibe—the title is a bastardization of “Let it snow”—it’s mostly about having a lot of expensive jewelry. On the chorus, Ugly God equates letting it snow to his wrist being iced out, i.e. wearing bracelets and/or watches.

The song came about when Ugly God reached out to producer 808milli via Instagram, who then flew over with Jacin from The Netherlands to Los Angeles where they recorded the song. Jacin had previously gotten a lot of international attention for the music video to his song “Rozeswoesh”. For example, WorldStarHipHop labelled the song “Dutch mumble rap”.

Additionally, Facebook page FashionKillahzz posted “Rozeswoesh” and called Jacin “the first deaf rapper”. Even though that statement is untrue, the post currently has over 4 million views, which is more than the original music video has.
