While many cities have their respective rap anthems, one city in the San Jose suburbs, however, entered the ‘90s without a local song to bang in the streets. Fortunately for the citizens of Milpitas, California, the emergent duo of Charlie C (Charizma) and Cassius T solved this problem with a prideful tune reppin’ their home: M-Town. While information about this track is a bit scarce, it seems like Cassius T, who is featured in the song, was a rap partner of Charizma and together formed the group II Def II Touch.

The song is among the earliest collaborations and seemingly boasts some early aliases, Charlie C and Chris Cut (which PB Wolf was officially credited with). Charizma was noted to be on the decks for the production that was completed in 1987.
