On “NO NAME,” NF talks about his success from his last album, Perception, his growth as an artist since his last project, and his fourth record.

“NO NAME” was teased on Twitter one day before its release with two tweets, one stating “N” and the other stating “O,” however he promptly deleted the tweets. The song was later released the next day at midnight.

This track is the first track since his 2017 album, Perception, which hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200. “NO NAME” also hypes for NF’s Perception World Tour where NF and his crew are hitting over 100 cities across the world, accompanied by Logic and Kyle.

The music video was released on the same day as the track. It hit No. 1 on YouTube’s trending page the same day it was released, which shows the most played videos on the site and also hit over 1 million views in 24 hours. “NO NAME” also peaked at No. 82 on the Billboard Hot 100.
