1995 Police Station Testimony

2Pac

This interview is related to a lawsuit brought against 2Pac and Time Warner by the estate of Bill Davidson, a slain Texas State Trooper.

The family claimed that the rapper’s music was responsible for inciting police shootings after a homemade copy of 2pacalypse Now was found among the ten or so tapes in the truck driven by Ronald Howard, who killed the trooper after being stopped on the highway.

Around this time, police groups were also calling for a boycott of Time Warner over the controversy surrounding Body Count’s “Cop Killer”.
