The song was performed at Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2018, the Danish national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018, held in Lisbon, Portugal. It qualified to the final and finished 2nd with 31% of the votes.

After the contest, the song entered the Danish charts at 29th place, where it remained for a week, before dropping out.
