The song is a sequel to Logic’s song “44 Bars” from his 2016 mixtape, Bobby Tarantino, which also features exactly 44 bars. This was confirmed by Visionary Music Group on Twitter prior to the song’s release.

“44 More” marks Logic’s first solo release since his third album Everybody back in 2017.

The song was teased on Logic’s Instagram story on his 28th birthday.
