Every month, Q, a popular music magazine in the United Kingdom, has a challenge for a band to tackle. For the month of February, the magazine issued a challenge for the band “to write and record a brand new song [especially] for Valentine’s Day, in the space of just 24 hours”.

The song was released on Q’s website on the 28th of January, and later on The Fray’s Target re-release of their second album.
