The band shared this poem as an introduction to Music For Cars. The poem is about social media and how there’s better ways to live and see things rather than through your phone, you can actually go outside and see the real world.

Matty’s always been very open about his feelings towards social media and has reminded people at shows to stop looking and watching through their phones because they’re there in front of them, they can really live in the moment rather than experience it through a phone screen. He also asks the crowd to not record videos for certain songs like “Fallingforyou and “Me” regularly.
