“Better” tells the love story of Estelle’s parents, Mike and Deen. Through Twitter, she explained:

“Better” can only be felt between two people. Body & mind doing what it wants to, waited each other out, because at the end of a time “no- one in the world can love you better.”

This also serves as the second single promoting the album.

The song premiered on Beats 1 with Becca Dudley and was released July 13, 2018 on all major music streaming services. The accompanying music video was directed by Estelle and Denzel Williams.
