“Ain’t It Funny [Murder Remix]” is the second single from singer Jennifer Lopez' remix collection J-To-Tha-L-O.

The song reached number one on Billboard’s Hot 100, Mainstream Top 40 and Rhythmic Songs charts.

The song is essentially a Part II-style remix in that the original track was completely re-written and re-produced and not even the original lyrical concept remained. The song it is based on was actually released as the second single from Lopez' second album but only this version and “I’m Real [Murder Remix]” appear on all subsequent pressings of the main album.

Although only the original track credits were included in all inlay material at the time of the song’s release, the song was in fact rewritten by Ashanti, Seven Aurelius, Irv Gotti and Cory Rooney, with additional credit for the two featured rap verses and Craig Mack/Easy Mo Bee for their work on the song’s sample “Flava In Ya Ear”.
