Released as the third single off of Breathe Carolina’s fourth studio album, Savages, “Bang It Out” is an electropop banger riding on the “live fast die young” philosophy.

Following the loss of founding member Kyle Even, who was noted for his aggressive screamo-style vocals, “Bang It Out” solidified Breathe Carolina’s future success as a more pop-leaning band. The song furthers Breathe Carolina’s common themes of reckless partying and sex, albeit through a more well-polished, pop-focused lens.

The song was also featured in the soundtrack for the movie Earth to Echo.
