“Who He” is a long-awaited collaboration between friends and frequent collaborators Danny Towers and Ski Mask the Slump God. The duo is joined by Texas rapper 10k.Caash, who contributes one verse to the song, that was in large part revealed ahead of its release.
Numerous snippets of the song were revealed since August 2018. Given the date of its teasing, the song was for a long time believed to appear on Ski’s 2018 debut studio album Stokeley. It was revealed one year later that the song would land on Danny’s debut project, Tarantula, despite the fact that Danny only raps two lines in the whole song.
