“Beside You” is the third track on 5 Seconds of Summer’s debut EP, Somewhere New, which was then rereleased as the seventh track on the band’s debut album, 5 Seconds of Summer. The song is about how missing a significant other when they are away and wanting nothing more than to be beside them.
