“Treasure” is a song by the British soul singer Sampha, released on October 12, 2018.

It has been written for the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack of the film Beautiful Boy, directed by Felix Van Groeningen and released the same day of “Treasure”.

As the film deals with the emotional story of a father who desperately helps his son to get over multiple devastating drug and alcohol addictions, especially from crystal meth, Sampha proposes a similar theme during the song, by promising the friend or the lover he’s talking to a completely recover from the several struggles in both their lives, even though now they feel rather numb and distant from each other.
