An upbeat anthem, “Party for One” is a single by Canadian pop-star Carly Rae Jepsen about self-love.

Rumours of the song’s existence first arose when an unconfirmed source stated that the song and a music video were slated to be released, and it was further teased by Carly days before the song’s release.

The option to pre-save “Party for One” was introduced on October 30th, and the song leaked a day after.

Jepsen shared the single cover art on social media one day before its official release:
