“All We Know” is the seventh song on Alessia Cara’s sophomore album, The Pains Of Growing. It’s about growing up and realizing that many things she believed in as a kid aren’t quite as they seem. All she knows is that she was wrong about the world and she is having a hard time coping with reality.
