Thus, “너를 사랑한 죄인” (A sinner who (has) loved you) actually means “It’s my fault I (have) loved you.” We can also interpret it as “I’m imprisoned in you because of loving you” because several lines indicate that “your name and lips” are “감옥” (a prison).
