Originally named “Want To Want You”, the title was changed after Sungjin joked about how it could be shortened as 121U, as revealed during their comeback live on the VLive platform. Because of all the anger expressed in the song, it is considered by Day6 as the sequel of WARNING! from the previous album Shoot Me : Youth Part 1.
