It’s about feeling like a prisoner of your own mind, especially when the condition you’re dealing with starts affecting your every day life, getting in the way of your studies, career, relationships and friendships. Especially with OCD, you sort of get trapped in an endless, vicious cycle of intrusive, bad thoughts, which end up dictating how you live your life.
