23 Hanashi, also known as 23 Wa or Episode 23, is a song from Cowboy Bebop.
It was originally featured on the mini-album Cowgirl Ed, but has since been discontinued and is only available on the 2-disc set of Future Blues, which contains all tracks from Cowgirl Ed and Ask DNA on disc 2.
The song featured as Doctor Londes professed the Scratch movement’s mission.
