The song is featured in the film Under The Cherry Moon. It is played over the credits at the end. It hints at a heaven in which the main character—Christopher Tracy—now resides after his untimely death.

Actually, it merely serves as a wonderful pop video; further demonstrating what an awesome band The Revolution were evolving into prior to Prince disbanding them toward the end of 1986.

The video features the musical contributions of new/part time members of The (expanded) Revolution – Eric Leeds, Atlanta Bliss and Miko Weaver. Greg Brooks, Wally Salford and Jerome Benton act as dance foils for Prince.

There is a wondrous outtake of this video—multiple shoots, in colour (as opposed to the B/W version that appears in the film) of the band performing the song on blue-screen. It’s an archivist’s dream… as is much of the material from Prince’s 1986 output.
