The original song, Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai, was a song in which dancers in traditional Rajasthani clothes perform for the elite and the gangsters in the movie Khalnayak. The title literally means “What’s behind the blouse”, but despite the implied meaning, the song is innocent.

Lilly Singh took this song and changed it into a feminist rap song, which talks about consent and the power of a single woman.
