“Hello, Everything Is Not OK” is the original demo instrumental for the track “10 Miles High” which appeared exclusively on the Vinyl edition of The Fragile as well as the first disc of the European and Japanese single for We’re in This Together and the remix album Things Falling Apart.

This track (along with “The March” and “Can I Stay Here?”) were previously released as part of an Apple Music playlist Trent released in 2015 called The Fragile Instrumental. The track has been renamed for the Deviations 1 variant as “10 Miles High (Instrumental)” rather than it’s original name as shown on the Apple Music playlist although both tracks are the exact same.
