This is a pared-down re-release of the final single off of Origins, Imagine Dragons fourth studio album. It is not an acoustic version: it is still based on electronic music, but most of the special effects have been trimmed off to focus on the raw emotion in Dan’s voice. Lyrically it deals with the heartbreak involved in a failing relationship, but the original song was released alongside an announcement that Dan Reynolds and his wife Aja Volkman were no longer divorcing.
