The theme of song is about light and dark as well as the battles one faces within themselves when dealing with these two mediums.

Another main theme of the song is about dreams, aspirations, and/or wants people wish to attain in their lives.

Blue Saint, using surrealist metaphors and imagery in order to create a deep felt message, also mentions various elements that relate to light/dark such as: the moon, the stars, the night, church etc…

The track features Blue Saint’s sister who goes by the name Chatterbox as well as being produced by Kelly Portis.

The song was written and recorded in approximately 3 hours.
