In “All Love,” FLETCHER sings about seeing her ex again for the first time in a while. They are now in a new relationship and she wants to be happy for them, but it still stings.

FLETCHER revealed to Billboard that because the situation in the song really happened one night, she wanted to be as honest as possible. That is why she deliberately kept the lyrics simple and unambiguous, to make it more impactful.

She wrote the song with Jenn Decilveo the morning after that night at the bar to get rid of that “crazy feeling in my stomach.”

The music video for the song was released two months later. It shows how FLETCHER reacts when she sees her ex cozy up with another girl in a club. In the end, she makes peace with it and introduces herself to the woman.
