“Truth Is” is a heartfelt ballad that sees Sabrina attempting to convince herself that she’s better off without her lover, when deep down she knows she wants him back.

The song, released September 19th, 2019 as part of a compilation of already-released singles, is the second song and title track off Sabrina’s debut studio album. Prior to its release, Sabrina had announced her first world tour, named after the song and album.

A Spanish version of the song was also released and features as the last track on the album.
