‘Friends’ was released October 3, 2019 and was the first new music from Chapel in two years after their debut EP ‘Sunday Brunch’.

The song faces the reality of losing friends due to your own actions, or inaction, and deals with the repercussions of such. Vocalist Carter Hardin mentioned on Twitter how he’s “not the best friend” but is “trying to get better at being one everyday”.

A music video for the song was released not long after its release on October 6th.
