The second track to surface from the upcoming Charlie’s Angels soundtrack, executive produced by Ariana Grande; “How It’s Done” is another star-studded collaboration, this time with some of pop and raps most underrated artists.

American rapper Kash Doll, who rose to popularity from her singles, most notably “Ice Me Out,” and gained further notoriety from collaborations with Big Sean & Iggy Azalea leads the roster, followed by German pop starlet Kim Petras, Finnish dance-pop darling ALMA and English rap-reggae star Stefflon Don.

“How It’s Done” dabbles in hip-hop, pop and funk as an international anthem about self-assurance, working hard, and showing yourself off a little. With a diverse roster filled with performers from around the globe, it sure shows us how it’s done.

The song was co-written by Ariana Grande, and features production from many of her frequent collaborators including Ilya, Rami, and Savan Kotecha. It follows the soundtrack’s lead single, “Don’t Call Me Angel” by Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey.
