This song was released in July 1960 as a single. Later that same year it was performed by Martin on the heist film Ocean’s 11. It was initially referred to as “Ain’t That a Kick in the Seat” in a 1960 issue of Billboard magazine. It initially failed to chart but despite this it was consistently included on multiple ‘best of’ and “greatest hits” albums, and it began to gain wider recognition as a classic of the swing era.

The song was included in the soundtrack for the 2010 video games Fallout: New Vegas, and Mafia II.
