Family, Friendships, Relationships, the Environment… all of these bring struggles which are common to us, often bringing about stressors and uncertainty which may or may not always be in our control. It’s a personal matter for me, but I do my best, in hopes to take the lessons I’ve learned and apply them in my ever-lasting desire for improvement and growth.
