The story of the song is made up, however it follows up from the Crazy Story song series by talking about men using women to set up and lure their oppositions to being killed.

The “O”, otherwise known as O'Block or Parkway Gardens is an apartment complex on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois and is known to be the most dangerous block in Chicago. It is the block where King Von was born and raised and is also home to Former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama however she claims that it’s much more dangerous now then when she was growing up.
