Status is the second single to be released from Chief Keef & Mike WiLL Made-It’s forthcoming collaborative album. The song was teased at the end of their first single “Bang Bang”' music video, in the last thirty seconds of the video, Status could be heard playing. The song was originally leaked on 26 February, 2020.
At this current moment, the collaboration project is currently untitled, but in a recent interview with Complex, when asked when should we expect the collaborative project to be released, in typical Sosa fashion, Chief Keef responded by not giving an exact date, but said
Next Year. January, February, March. Could be out before April.
Status is one of many songs Chief Keef & Mike WiLL Made-It have collaborated with one another on with the two going as far back as 2012 where they would work together on Chief Keef’s debut album “Finally Rich” for the song “No Tomorrow”.
