In 1993, when the recording of the album was completed, Onyx decided to make this skit an intro to Bacdafucup and a kind of message for the whole rap game:
Once we did that song, that described what we was feeling: the whole industry gotta back da fuck up! Das EFX gotta back da fuck up, Naughty By Nature gotta back da fuck up, Cypress Hill gotta back da fuck up…
We got Jam Master Jay, the whole Def Jam in back of us! So we’re feeling like “Nigga, what?!”
It was Sonny Seeza who came up with a merged spelling of the words ”Bacdafucup.”
The first single from album was “Throw Ya Gunz” (November 27, 1992), but “Bacdafucup” video snippet was released even earlier.
