‘Blood Infections’ is the third song on the album ‘.stomachaches.’ by Frnkiero andthe cellabration.
The song appears to be about a relationship which, it grows increasingly more obvious, is not healthy. Throughout, Iero references vampirism and on his Twitter account said that “‘blood infection’ = throat ripped.”
