“Yoga” is 645AR’s follow up to his breakout single “4 Da Trap,” being re-released on April 3, 2020 without a feature from Ola Runt. The song has gone viral on the video sharing app TikTok for its usage in the “How’s My Form” meme.

The song’s lyrics for “Yoga” consist of mature themes such as murder and prescription medicine.

That challenge became controversial because it had people making racist TikToks and it even lead to two teens getting expelled from a High School.
