Doom Crossing: Eternal Horizons

Doom Crossing: Eternal Horizons

The Chalkeaters (Ft. PiNKII)

Inspired by Animal Crossing’s Isabelle and DOOM’s Doomguy’s crossover when two of their games coincidentally released on March 20, 2020, “Doom Crossing: Eternal Horizons” tells a story about their adventures in their respective worlds, with Isabelle revealing her violent side and Doomguy reveaing his sweet side. Natalia Natchan sings in Isabelle’s perspective, describing how it feels to cross between her and Doomguy’s contrasting worlds and trading traits with Doomguy between said worlds.

The song’s title is a combination between both franchise’s games released on March 20, 2020: DOOM Eternal and Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The song was released as part of the crossover taking place online, when the communities of DOOM and Animal Crossing started making memes of the fierce Doom Slayer and kindhearted Isabelle being friends, creating a contrasting but perfect friendship between the two.
