While originally premiering on Adult Swim’s FishCenter Live, 100 gecs' live performance of “800db cloud” was reused at the 2020 edition of their Square Garden music festival held via Minecraft.

The live version of “800db cloud” is unique from the studio version in that it features much more abrasive vocals, via what is arguably a melodic metalcore edge. The lack of inhibitions usually found in studio recordings allows for a much higher amount of “energy” to be present in an already-high octane song.

While on FishCenter Live, the duo also performed a rendition of their song “stupid horse”:

Ultimately, this song would be included as a bonus track on 100 gecs' following remix album 1000 gecs and the Tree of Clues.
