October 22nd was a big day for Jay Sean. He announced his departure from Cash Money Records and that a new mixtape would be released next month – a follow up to his first mixtape, the fan favorite “The Mistress”.

In promotion for the tape, he released “Tears In The Ocean” and an accompanying video. The song is a an R&B record where Sean professes his love for the girl that he has done wrong.
