“Charmaine” comes from Plan B’s first studio album – Who Needs Actions When You Got Words.

The track is based around B telling his friend about his predicament of falling in love with a girl much younger than himself (5 years to be exact, making her 14).

The track discusses some contentious issues, mainly that of under-age sex, fuelled by the relaxed atmosphere of some UK nightclubs for letting in people under the age of 18
