VICTON’s second single album titled “Mayday” is their most recent comeback, coming three months after the release of their sixth mini album “CONTINUOUS.”

“Mayday” is a word used globally to make a distress call via radio communications when a life-threatening emergency, usually on a ship or a plane, occurs. It’s a call out for help in order to get rescued, but in VICTON’s point of view, it’s to be saved from a dangerous love trap they find themselves in. The lyrics depict the feeling of being held captive in a relationship and the unwillingness of not being set free from a dependent kind of love.

The music video is a sequel to the narrative that began with Howling, where Seungwoo stops at the end of a seemingly cliff and falls from it.
