“He Is” is the third and last single from Full Moon. The song failed to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 and it only appeared on Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Due to Brandy being pregnant at this time, there was no music video for the single nor a lot of promotion.
