On July 2, 2020 Austin, TX based artists Los Coast (led by Trey Privott) and Gary Clark Jr. teamed up to release a cover of Sam Cooke’s 1964 hit, “A Change Is Gonna Come”.

The track, which is typically associated with the African American Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s, was released during the 2020 Black Lives Matter movement as a reflection on the need for continued change in the United States.

Proceeds from the track will go to Privott’s foundation, DAWA, to benefit people of color in need of financial support.
