Within the intro to his first posthumous album Legends Never Die, Juice WRLD expands on his lifestyle with fame. Touching on his music, anxiety, paranoia, and substance abuse, he goes into further detail about the deepest struggles of the lifestyle he leads.

Unfortunately, his struggle with substance abuse would eventually lead to his tragic death on December 8, 2019, when he accidentally overdosed on codeine and oxycodone.
